Shipping Locations

Currently only shipping to the United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be displayed before payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and postal or customs delays:

• UK: 2–5 working days
• United States: 5–10 working days
• Canada: 5–12 working days
• Australia: 7–14 working days
• HK: 7–14 working days
• Singapore: 7–14 working days

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. If your parcel appears lost, please contact us at hello@daigasikfaan.co and we will investigate with the carrier.
